The challenge

What they needed.

ChargeAssist EV operates across electrification, workforce development, and infrastructure at multiple scales — from residential homeowners installing a charger in their garage to commercial operators and utility-scale partners. The brand and site needed to speak credibly to all three audiences without any of them feeling like an afterthought, and without the technical complexity of the industry getting in the way of clear communication.

Our approach

What we did.

01

One brand, three audiences

The identity was built to hold up across residential, commercial, and contractor contexts. Color, typography, and messaging were tested against all three use cases before anything was finalized. A homeowner and a utility procurement officer needed to land on the same brand and both feel like it was made for them.

02

Site architecture by segment

The web build was structured so each audience type has a clear path without the navigation becoming complicated. Homeowners, businesses, and contractor partners each enter through distinct content zones. The architecture does the audience-routing so the design does not have to.

03

Built for the full scope of the business

The brand and site were built positioned for everything ChargeAssist does, not just one service line. As the business grows into new markets and service types, the foundation supports it without needing to be rebuilt.

Ran a three-month paid media campaign. Started at about 40 leads a month from paid, ended the engagement around 90. They were transparent about what was working and what wasn't.
